Federal-State Marketing Improvement Program
To explore and identify new market opportunities for U. S. food and agricultural products, and encourage research and innovation aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of the U. S. agricultural marketing system.

Applicants must be alumni of U. S. government-funded or sponsored exchange programs, and form teams of at least two (2) alumni, and work with Dominican non-profit organizations to serve as award recipients.
