The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization utilizes Cooperative Agreements with trade organizations, educational institutions, and business-centered community based organization (with IRS 501 (c)(3) status) to establish Small Business Transportation Resource Centers (SBTRC) to provide

business training, technical assistance, and information to DOT grantees and recipients, prime contractors, and subcontractors.

This opportunity is to establish an SBTRC in the Great Lakes Region to provided assistance in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
