Eligibility is limited to: • Federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes; • Urban Indian Organizations; • Consortia of tribes or tribal organizations; and • Tribal colleges and universities (as identified by the American Indian Education Consortium) Prior Circles of Care recipients are ineligible to apply.
