This project will be awarded under the authority of 10 USC 670c-1, Sikes Act:
Forprojects for the implementation and enforcement of integrated natural resources managementplans, priority shall be given to award to Federal and State agencies having responsibility for theconservation or management of fish or wildlife.Period of Performance:
The base period of agreement will extend 12 months from date ofaward.

There may be up to four 12-month follow-on periods based on availability of funding.Description of Anticipated Work:
