Bluestem Center for the Arts Stage Postponed

Moorhead City Council decided to postpone their support for a state grant application of the proposed $2.5 million second stage for the Bluestem Center for the Arts. They said that their application was not far enough along with the state grant deadline on June 26.


These grants given by the Department of Employment and Economic Development follow strict criteria.
