The New Jersey Department of Transportation awarded the city of Bayonne with a $401,500 grant to repave their roadway.


According to Mayor Mark Smith, the are paying special attention to upper Avenue C which needs to be repaved for many years. Many motorists complained about the long rut on Avenue C that PSE&G left aftr the completion of their utility work many years ago.
