New Zealand Government Ends Financial Grant

The Government of New Zealand confirms that the grant given to the Bioenergy Association will be stopped. Executive officer of the Association also confirmed that the grant was due, but says it ended too soon. The grant aims to pay 42 cents per liter to the biodiesel producers who make fuel out of rape or canola seed, used cooking oils, and tallow from meat plants.
