Tamboran Resources Applies For an Exploration License

Tamboran Resources in Leitrim County, Ireland will be applying for an Exploration License. The country's Department of Energy and Natural Resources announces the deadline for shale gas exploration license applications on Feb. 28.

Tamboran Resources will need funding for at least the northern part of Leitrim. Dr Aedín McLoughlin of Good Energies Alliance emphasizes the community's support against fracking, or hydraulic fracturing, which extracts natural grass from shale rock sheets.
