Small Business Development Centers are partnerships between universities and the Small Business Administration, to provide management and technical assistance to businesses on a very large scale.
The centers provide one-on-one consultations on topics ranging from planning and financing to buying or selling a business. They are expert in understanding your particular situation to help you with what you need to improve your business.

In keeping with this mission, the National Institutes of Health has partnered with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), and the Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (ICRH) to establish the Core Clinical Centers for the Cardiothoracic Surgical Trials Network Program.
