Credentials/Documentation

Any award made using State/EAP funds require the full compliment of standard forms and budget documents, as dictated by the Department of State, Bureau of Administration and the relevant OMB circulars. OMB Circular No. A-87 applies to this program.

Preapplication Coordination

Pre-award coordination is required for all grantees applying for foreign assistance grants through the U.S.

Department of State, Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs grant awards.

Length and Time Phasing of Assistance

Most grant awards are for a full year time frame, sometimes two years.
