Building Healthy Families Activity

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement the Building Health Families Activity.

Eligibility for this award is not restricted.

The authority for the NOFO is found in the Foreign


Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.USAID intends to make an award to the responsible applicant whose application best meets the requirements of this NOFO and the Merit Review Criteria contained herein.

While one award is anticipated as a result of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted with a maximum of $40,000,000 to be allocated over a five-year period.

Applicants under consideration for an award that have never received funding from USAID may be subject to a pre-award audit to determine fiscal responsibility, ensure adequacy of financial controls, and establish an indirect cost rate.
