This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits proposals from eligible entities that can provide web/IT development, support and website content management to support participation by nonfederal partners (i.e.

states, trade associations and small businesses) in the nationwide Small

Business Ombudsman (SBO)/Small Business Environmental Assistance Providers (SBEAP) 507 Program authorized by section 507 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Under this solicitation EPA has limited eligible applicants to State air pollution control agencies or the state-specified entity (typically a state college or university) under the direction of a State air pollution control agency and approved by EPA in accordance with the Guidelines for Implementation of Section 507 of the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments.

Additionally, a state specified entity must be eligible for funding under section 103 of the Clean Air Act and CFDA 66.034.

The other eligible entities identified in CFDA 66.034 are not eligible.
