Material Synthesis Technologies for Universal and Diverse Integration Opportunities (M-STUDIO)

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative proposals in the following technical areas:
development of a nano-scale heterogeneous material synthesis on lattice mismatch substrates to realize defect-free multi-layer heterogenous junctions with atomically sharp surface/interface

and atomically abrupt compositional transition.
