Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program National Training and Technical Assistance Programs for Resource Dissemination, Improved Data, and Organizational Development

This announcement solicits applications for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program National Training and Technical Assistance Programs for Resource Dissemination, Improved Data, and Organizational Development.

 The purpose of this national training and technical assistance (T/TA) program is to fund

a series of activities to provide support to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and subrecipient providers.

 These activities will support several program focus areas intended to enhance access to high quality HIV care and support services for low income, underinsured, uninsured, and underserved people living with HIV (PLWH).

Up to three (3) cooperative agreements will be awarded, with each addressing one of the following three T/TA focus areas:
Technical Assistance Resources, Guidance, Education, and Training (TARGET) Center Data and Reporting Technical Assistance Enhancing Community Organization Models within the Health Care Delivery System for People Living with HIV (formerly known as Establishing service models among AIDS Service Organizations to engage vulnerable populations in the HIV Care Continuum Services)

Eligible applicants include public and nonprofit entities, including institutions of higher education and academic health science centers involved in addressing HIV related issues on a national scope.

 Faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations are eligible to apply for these funds.
