Partners For A Clean New Mexico (PCNM)

The program is to protect the environment, enhance wildlife habitat and restore the visual beauty of the landscapes in New Mexico.

The program will include the implementation of an illegal dumping abatement strategic plan with the primary focus of outreach, education, enforcement and clean-up


activities on public, private, state and federal lands in New Mexico.

Three social enterprises were recognized at the 2013 President’s Challenge Social Enterprise Award for their major contributions to society. SATA CommHealth and Bliss Restaurant landed Social Enterprise of the Year titles, while Bettr Barista Coffee Academy bagged the award for Social Enterprise Start-up of the Year.
