OVW Fiscal Year 2024 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program
This program is authorized by 34 U.S.C § 1251 1. The Sexual Assault Services Formula Program (SASP Formula) (Assistance Listing Number 1 6. 017) provides grant dollars to states and territories to assist them in supporting rape crisis centers and other nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations
or tribal programs that provide direct intervention and related assistance to victims of sexual assault, without regard to age.

Eligible applicants are limited to: any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Specifically, only the designated state office may apply.
