East Park Reservoir Recreation Area Construction of Disk Golf Course and Bathroom Improvements

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to Colusa County under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 524, Public Law 89-72, Section 3(b)(1), Federal Water Projects Recreation Act of 1965 (16 U.S.C.

4601-12 to 4601-21), as

amended.

Estimated total amount of agreement is $57,57 8. 08 with the Recipient providing a total of $28, 78 9. 04, Reclamation is providing $28,78 9. 04 in Fiscal Year 201 6. The purpose of this project is to ensure recreation and public uses of the reservoir are managed in the future for the citizens of the State.

R16AN20018 for additional information) A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2. 14(B)(2) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
