Conservation Technical Assistance (CTA) and Environmental Quality Incentives Program (E IP Grant and Coo erative Agreement Funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 Batch 2- MISSOURI

NRCS, an agency under the USDA, in the Missouri State Office, is seeking to partner with, and support the efforts of, natural resource conservation partners and to promote public awareness and implementation of Farm Bill activities including, but not limited to, conducting conservation outreach workshops,

conferences, and training, that will help educate Missouri's farm community, private landowners, conservation organizations, cooperating agencies, and general citizenry.

This notice identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions.

Applications will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice.

Incomplete and/or noncompliant applications will be eliminated from competition and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant.

The Missouri State Conservationist reserves the right not to fund any or all applications.

NRCS will accept applications under this notice for single or multiyear applications submitted by eligible entities.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are for-profit (commercial) organizations; nonprofit organizations; faith-based and community organizations; institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education); and consortiums (including tribal nonprofit or for-profit organizations) with significant and demonstrated experience in terror prevention strategies and in delivering training and technical assistance to law enforcement and tribal communities nationwide are eligible to apply.

For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee.

Joint applications from a consortium must identify the primary applicant and co-applicant(s), and letters of support that outline the partners’ responsibilities must be provided.
