Mountainland Foundation Receives Grant

The Mountainland Foundation was awarded with a $50,000 grant by the Walmart Foundation that will aid senior citizens who face daily hunger.


They will be partnering with Meals on Wheels and senior centers throughout the Summit and Wasatch counties. They will provide meals to seniors who lives below the poverty lne and who cannot afford regular meals for themselves.

Co-founders William Mann and David Mravyan devised the Sensimat during a mandatory project for their MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. Sensimat is a device that helps manage and assess pressure among wheelchair users.
