St. Charles Parish Council Accepts Funding

St. Charles Parish Council receives a $974,000 grant from the state Department of Transportation and Development.


The grant will be used as funding for the final segment of the multi-use path atop Mississippi River levee on the east bank of the parish. This will also let the parish extend the path from the Upper Guide Levee of the Bonnet Carre Spillway to the St. John the Baptist Parish line.
