Iowa Community Capital, (ICC), was incorporated as a non-profit in March 2000. ICC provides small business loans throughout the State of Iowa in an effort to strengthen the social and economic well being of lower income individuals and communities. ICC is an affiliate of the Institute for Social and Economic Development, a non-profit community development corporation with an extensive history and capacity for providing poverty alleviation and community development services.
