The Lummi Indian Business Council (LIBC) has received a Native American CDFI Development award to establish a CDFI that will provide access to capital and credit to Lummi small businesses and microenterprises. Building on the resources contributed by the LIBC, the CDFI Fund is providing a $101,800 grant to cover consulting costs and staff salary costs related to the development of a comprehensive market analysis, financial products and services, a marketing plan, and a CDFI implementation plan.
