to Indonesia(USAID/Indonesia) is in the process of gathering information to support ananticipated design for a new USAID/Indonesia Energy Activity, as described inAttachment 1 - Background.Thisis a Request for Information (RFI) and is not a commitment to issue asolicitation, contract, grant or cooperative agreement.

Any future solicitations or fundingopportunities to the new Energy Activity will be announced on the FederalBusiness Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov or at www.grants.gov at a later date.

USAID/Indonesia is not seekingtechnical or cost applications/proposals at this time.

ThisRFI is open to interested U. S. and non-U. S. organizations to provide responsesto questions outlined in Attachment 1 - Information Requested.

Responses to this RFI are voluntary.

In responding to this RFI, significantemphasis should be placed on discrete and actionable interventionsUSAID/Indonesia could potentially take to support implementation of the new EnergyActivity.

Respondents are free toaddress any or all the questions, as well as provide additional informationthey think is relevant to the new program.

USAID/Indonesia may use informationobtained from this RFI to develop an activity design.

Submissioninstructions for this RFI are provided in Section III.A of Attachment 1. USAID/Indonesiais under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information, answerquestions or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any informationsubmitted.

Please note issuance of thisRFI does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U. S. Government,nor does it commit the Government to pay for any costs incurred in thepreparation of comments.

FY13 Announcement of Anticipated Availability of Funds for Family Planning Services Grants (Cleveland, OH)

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Any public or private nonprofit entity located in a State (which includes one of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U. S. Virgin Islands, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Republic of Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands) is eligible to apply for a grant under this announcement.

Even where states apply for a family planning services grant, local and regional entities may also apply directly to the Secretary for a family planning services grant under this announcement.

A history of statewide applications for family planning services grants should not deter local and regional entities from applying directly to the Secretary for family planning services grants under this announcement.

Faith-based organizations and American Indian/Alaska Native/Native American (AI/AN/NA) organizations are eligible to apply for Title X family planning services grants.

Private nonprofit entities must provide proof of nonprofit status.

See Section IV.2 for information regarding acceptable proof of nonprofit status.
