Support and Scale Up of HIV Prevention Services in Sexual Health Clinics

The purpose of this NOFO is to support the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U. S. (EHE) initiative by scaling up HIV prevention and care services in sexual health clinics.

Recipients funded under this NOFO will:
1) strengthen clinic infrastructure and improve service delivery to address the syndemic

Please note: Sections 317 and 318 of the PHS Act authorize funding to States, political subdivisions of States, and any other public and nonprofit private entities, but do not authorize awards to for-profit entities.Applicants who do not include Strategies A and B in the application will be deemed non-responsive and the application will not be reviewed. Applicants funded under Component C of PS20-2010 must clearly state that they are recipients or sub-recipients of Component C funding, and must clearly state whether they are proposing activities in a Component C-funded clinic. For verification of eligibility requirements, applicants are expected to upload a document confirming that the application includes Strategies A and B, stating whether they are recipients or sub-recipients of PS20-2010 Component C funding, and stating whether they are proposing activities in a Component C clinic.

Applicants should name the file “Eligibility Verification” and upload it as a PDF file to the application submitted at www.grants.gov.
