STATE HEATING OIL AND PROPANE PROGRAM (SHOPP)

U. S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) cooperative agreement to provide financial assistance to state energy offices for the State Heating Oil and Propane (SHOPP) Program.

SHOPP is a joint data collection effort between heating oil and propane consuming states and the U. S. Energy Information

These cooperative agreements are for five-year cycle time (2016-2021).

Funding is provided on an annual basis.
