SUMMARY:
The mission of the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) is to improve early childhood, educational, and employment outcomes and raise expectations for all people with disabilities, their families, their communities, and the Nation.

As such, the Department of Education (Department) is issuing a notice inviting applications for new awards for fiscal year (FY) 2019 for a National Technical Assistance Center for Systemic Improvement, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number 8 4. 326R.

This Center will provide differentiated support to States to help them best use their general supervision and professional development (PD) systems to establish and meet high expectations for each child with a disability.

This notice relates to the approved information collection under OMB control number 1820-002 8. Purpose of Program:
The purpose of the Technical Assistance and Dissemination to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities program is to promote academic achievement and to improve results for children with disabilities by providing TA, supporting model demonstration projects, disseminating useful information, and implementing activities that are supported by scientifically based research.
