Tribal Border Infrastructure Program 2009 Request for Proposals

The statutory authority of the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution (Public Law 110-329) provided EPA with the authority to award funds for the U. S. / Mexico border program.

EPA allocated a portion of these funds for the Tribal Border Infrastructure program.

This authority states,
