Battery Energy Storage System Pilot (BESSP)

The U. S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (“NOFO”) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Pilot.

A grant for up to $2,962,000 U. S. Dollars (USD) in FY 2020 Economic Support Funds (ESF) will be awarded (pending availability of


funds) for work that will support a battery energy storage pilot project in Vietnam.

The period of performance is 4 years.

Funding authority rests in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
