The collaborations will include the Developmental Disabilities Network (Councils on Developmental Disabilities, the Protection and Advocacy System, and University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities), Aging and Disabilities Resource Centers, State Refugee Coordinator, resettlement agencies, and/or local refugee service providers, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Money Follows the Person and Section 811 resources.
Each project will also include a rigorous evaluation plan to demonstrate that the stated outcomes have been achieved.
