Creative Forces:
NEA Military Healing Arts Network is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the U. S. Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

The mission of Creative Forces is to improve the health, well-being, and quality of life for military and veteran


populations exposed to trauma, as well as their families and caregivers, by increasing knowledge of and access to clinical creative arts therapies and community arts engagement.

The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (Cooperator) to support Creative Forces through the implementation and administration of the Creative Forces Community Engagement Grant Program, competitive grant program that advances the mission of Creative Forces through community-based arts engagement activities.

The Cooperative Agreement resulting from this program solicitation can start no earlier than July 1, 2025 and may extend for up to 39 months.

An organization may submit only one proposal under this program solicitation.
