FY 13 Disaster Relief Appropriations Act IOCM Processing Center Research

The purpose of this notice is to solicit proposals for a single cooperative agreement to carry out relevant research and development activities associated with FY 13 Disaster Relief Appropriations Act-related lidar and acoustic coastal/ocean mapping and marine debris mapping data processing problems.

The activities are to be performed at the Joint Hydrographic Center at the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH.

Proposals submitted in response to this announcement shall provide beneficial outcomes for the affected coastal areas through improvements in Integrated Ocean and Coastal Mapping (IOCM) processing in support of FY 13 Disaster Relief Appropriations Act surveying and mapping.

public or private profit or not for profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and state, local and Indian tribal governments.
