This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for funding applications.

Subject to the availability of funds, the U. S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs, will award a cooperative agreement for a technical assistance project to improve the effectiveness of worker

organizations in representing workers’ interests and rights in Georgia.

The Office of Procurement Services anticipates publishing the Solicitation for Cooperative Agreement Applications (SCA) on or about June 23, 2014 (this date is subject to change).

This NOI does not include an SCA or any attachments.

It only constitutes a notice of USDOL’s intent to publish an SCA at a later date.

Interested applicants are encouraged to monitor www.grants.gov for the SCA, as this is the method by which it will be made available to the public.

Lack of past experience with U. S. Department of Labor (USDOL) cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility.
