OVC is committed to enhancing the Nation’s capacity to assist crime victims and provide leadership in changing attitudes, policies, and practices to promote justice and healing for all victims of crime.

With this solicitation, OVC seeks to fund an organization to continue to provide technical assistance support for hospital-based victim services programs.

This program furthers the DOJ’s mission to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights.
