The Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction Reimbursement Program reimburses Tribal governments for expenses incurred in exercising “Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction” (STCJ) over non-Indians who commit certain covered crimes (the term “covered crime” means:
