Annual Program Statement 2025

The U. S. Mission to South Africa Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the U. S. Department of State is pleased to announce its Annual Program Statement (APS) for Fiscal Year 202 5. Awards will be approved for amounts less than $25,000 each, based on funding availability.The application process includes


two phases:
In the first, streamlined phase, applicants should submit project ideas in the form of concept notes.

Following review of each concept note, the U. S. Mission will invite applicants with promising concept notes to submit full project proposals for further consideration.

Specific instructions will be provided to those applicants selected for submission of a full proposal.Please read this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) carefully.

It outlines PDS funding priorities, the strategic lines of focus, and the procedures for submitting funding proposals.
