English for Moldovans is a route to economic empowerment and a gateway to an appreciation for US culture and society.

We offer grants for programs and activities that support English-language programs.

We encourage innovative and creative proposals that go beyond just language-learning and use English as a medium to support the aforementioned themes.

Special consideration will be given to projects that involve participants on both sides of the Nistru river.

Content of SOI must include:
· A brief project description summarizing goals, objectives outcomes, performance indicators, beneficiaries, and proposed timeline.

· A clear statement of the applicant’s organizational capacity to carry out the proposed activity and manage U. S. Government funds.
