Immunobiology of Xenotransplantation (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to solicit applications to participate in the Immunobiology of Xenotransplantation Cooperative Research Program (IXCRP), a multi-center program dedicated to resolving immunologic and physiologic barriers to safe and efficacious xenotransplantation
using preclinical pig to nonhuman primate (NHP) or human decedent models of pancreatic islet, kidney, heart, lung, or liver xenotransplantation.
