The purpose of this supplemental solicitation is to increase the availability of school-based HIV, other sexually transmitted disease (STD), and teen pregnancy prevention communication programs targeting youth at highest risk that leverage the expertise and reach of schools but are delivered outside
the traditional health education classroom.
