Logistical Support for Law Enforcement Projects in Southeast Asia

The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs INL is seeking applications from qualified U. S. and non-U. S. based non-governmental (NGOs)/non-profit organizations for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Logistical Support

for Law Enforcement Projects in Southeast Asia.” The authority for this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.

Subject to the availability of funds, INL intends to issue an award in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000 in total funding.

The U. S. Dollar amount will be funded from INL allocated funds, for an initial project period of two (2) years.

INL may award up to three (3) additional years contingent on INL priorities, good performance of the recipient, and funding availability.

INL reserves the right to fund any number of applications or none of the applications submitted and will determine the resulting level of funding for each award(s).
