Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit concept notes for small arms and light weapons destruction, humanitarian demining, explosive ordnance disposal, victims' assistance

programs, and other projects related to the U. S. Conventional Weapons Destruction (CWD) Program.
