SAM is a web-based, government-wide application that collects, validates, stores, and disseminates business information about the federal government's trading partners in support of the contract awards, grants, and electronic payment processes.

Notice of Funding Opportunity Summary NRCS is in search of a cooperative undertaking with an organization that will assist NRCS with strong technical assistance for wildlife habitat improvement practices.

This cooperative effort is intended to provide field office staff access to local wildlife professionals preferably with experience in planning, development/implementation and certification of wildlife habitat related conservation practices.

The successful applicant will assist with site visits, documentation of resource concerns, habitat plans, develop and layout of conservation plans, certification of implemented conservation practices, and associated documentation.

Successful applicants must have or achieve proper certifications and licensures to complete the desired work.

The work will provide planning for various Farm Bill Conservation Programs and specific implementation will primarily be through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP).

Federal Funding Floor and Ceiling Amounts The estimated funding floor for this opportunity is $80,000 and the estimated funding ceiling is $280,00 0. The funding floor means the minimum agreement funding amount for the Federal share per agreement awarded.

The ceiling is the maximum agreement funding amount for the Federal share per agreement awarded.

These numbers refer to the total agreement amount, not any specific budget period.

It consists of five modules covering each of the following topics:
1) laws, regulations, and guidance; 2) financial assistance mechanisms; 3) uniform guidance administrative requirements; 4) cost principles; and 5) risk management and single audit.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
To advance Executive Order 13929 Safe Policing for Safe Communities, the Attorney General determined that all state, local, and university or college law enforcement agencies must be certified by an approved independent credentialing body or have started the certification process, to be eligible for FY 2022 DOJ discretionary grant funding.

To become certified, the law enforcement agency must meet two mandatory conditions: (1) the agency’s use-of-force policies adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and (2) the agency’s use-of-force policies prohibit chokeholds except in situations where use of deadly force is allowed by law.

The certification requirement also applies to law enforcement agencies receiving DOJ discretionary grant funding through a subaward.
