Dilworth Seeks State Grant to Fund New MATBUS Route

Dilworth seeks an $89,000 state grant to fund new routes in underserved areas, including the MATBUS route in the city.


The grant application was submitted, and local officials will know by November if Dilworth will be awarded the grant. MATBUS had a fixed route through Dilworth in the 1990s and now serves the western edge of Dilworth near the Walmart on 34th Street.
