Rural Rental Housing Fund is an Alabama based nonprofit. It is a start-up with plans to provide loans to help potential owners of rural rental housing explore the feasibility of acquiring such properties so that affordability can be preserved for lower income residents. It expects to serve nation-wide and will focus on facilitating the purchase of portfolios of existing properties.
