The Miami-Dade Neighborhood Housing Services will use the award to obtain consulting services to conduct a market penetration study, a feasibility study to determine whether to open a new location in Homestead, market studies of Collier and Broward Counties, a capitalization strategy and a porfolio management plan to address internal operation efficiency. The grant also includes funds to acquire new technology and to fund board training.
