The Boundary Layer Transition (BOLT) project is coordinated by AFRL/AFOSR and will be carried out in collaboration with the Air Force Research Laboratory Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ), the Winning Team under this competition, and an academic-led team chosen separately under the BAA-AFRL-AFOSR-2017-0001
