The Bureau of Justice Assistances (BJA) Justice and Mental Health Collaboration State-Based Capacity Building Program (CBP) supports BJAs Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program (JMHCP) by seeking a provider(s) to deliver resources and services to unfunded, eligible JMHCP applicants.

Applicants are limited to for-profit (commercial) organizations, nonprofit organizations, faith-based and community organizations, and institutions of higher learning (including tribal institutions of higher education).
For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee.
