Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 State Workforce Agency Unemployment Insurance (UI) Resource Planning Targets and Guidelines

This UIPL announces the availability of UI Base FY 2023 preliminary dollars and staff year base administration resource planning targets for UI operations.

In addition, it provides states general guidelines in planning and development of State Quality Service Plans.
