THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE.

This is a Notice of Intent to award a cooperative agreement between the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and Housatonic Valley Association, Inc.

to implement the

Still River Car-Top Boat Launch.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance is based upon DM 505DM2, paragraph 2. 14 (B)(4)and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
