Pursuant to the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law No.

113-2), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $21,000,000 to bring the Substation 41 up to a state of good repair, address environmental vulnerabilities, and provide an interconnection point for

credit:


the NJ TRANSITGRID thereby ensuring the reliability of the NEC.
