The purpose of the international police training initiative included in this Cooperative Agreement is to add a full-service, U.S.-based police training operation and facility to INL options for police training implementation, in support of State Department programs worldwide.

of this Cooperative Agreement will be expected to provide a full scope of services required to plan and conduct international police training at a U. S. based facility, including customizing the curriculum for INL international participants, classroom instruction, field or operational training, experiential learning, and student evaluation/testing.

The Partner Agency will have the capacity to conduct training assessments for international law enforcement operations when requested to recommend a course of instruction for increasing that operation’s capacity, to provide training programs primarily in English, and will have the capacity to arrange for training in other languages.
